A snapshot is one day's reading of your life: a score from 0 to 10 for each domain, and a note where you have something to say. It takes about a minute.

Two snapshots make a comparison
Record another one — a month or a quarter apart works well — and their wheels will be drawn on top of each other here.
What changed
Change is measured from the oldest of the selected snapshots to the newest. A dash means one of the two never rated that domain.
Not enough history yet
A trend needs at least two snapshots in the chosen range. Widen the range, or record another snapshot.

Domains
Renaming a domain renames it everywhere, including in snapshots already recorded. Archiving takes it off new snapshots and leaves every score it already has intact — which is why a domain with history is never deleted.
